At Tripoli Nursing and Rehab we offer access to a wide range of services.  These services are available to individuals recovering from an illness or surgery, as well as those who have chosen to make this their home.  Some of the specialized services require a physician's order.  We can assist you with making arrangements for payment for these services, either through direct payment, Medicare/Medicaid or your personal insurance.

We offer a wide range of activities and recreational programs that promote physical and emotional well-being, as well as providing a sense of belonging.  Residents are encouraged to participate in activities.  We strive to create an environment allowing people the freedom to initiate activities of their choice.  Our programming includes both spontaneous and scheduled activities.

We are proud of our dining service and provide meals that not only look good, but also taste good.  Our registered dietitian ensures that meals are nutritious and the food service staff is trained in preparing special diets, as well as honoring personal preferences.

Hospice/Terminal Care:

Hospice care provides comfort and supportive medical care to terminally ill residents and their families.  We work simultaneously with area hospice programs to supplement care and provide for a loving, sensitive and private environment for residents and their families.

Tripoli Nursing and Rehab also has an End of Life - Private Room "Angel Room".

Respite & Short-Term Care:

We offer respite care as a break for those who need temporary relief from the demands of providing care for a friend or family member.  Whether it is for a vacation, a weekend or even during inclement weather, we can take over for you when you need us.

Short-term care provides temporary healthcare for people recovering from an illness or surgery.  Our emphasis is to return individuals to their homes when they are able to do so.

Single bedroom apartments available. Landlord takes care of snow removal/ lawn care. Tenant pays for electricity, cable & telephone. Coin operated washer/dryer on site.
