While certain specialized treatments require a physician's order, our team is happy to help you navigate your payment options- including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or direct payment.

We encourage our residents to stay active and offer a flexible mix of both scheduled and spontaneous events, giving everyone the freedom to pursue the activities they love most!

We are proud of our dining service and provide meals that not only look good, but also taste good.  Our registered dietitian ensures that meals are nutritious and the food service staff is trained in preparing special diets, as well as honoring personal preferences.

Hospice/Terminal Care:

Hospice care provides comfort and supportive medical care to terminally ill residents and their families.  We work simultaneously with area hospice programs to supplement care and provide for a loving, sensitive and private environment for residents and their families.

Tripoli Nursing and Rehab also has an End of Life - Private Room "Angel Room".

Respite & Short-Term Care:

We offer respite care as a break for those who need temporary relief from the demands of providing care for a friend or family member.  Whether it is for a vacation, a weekend or even during inclement weather, we can take over for you when you need us.

Short-term care provides temporary healthcare for people recovering from an illness or surgery.  Our emphasis is to return individuals to their homes when they are able to do so.

Single bedroom apartments. Landlord takes care of snow removal/ lawn care. Tenant pays for electricity, cable & telephone. Coin operated washer/dryer on site. Extra fee applies for 2nd person.
